Steve, Davy & I took Stacey down to Washington on Sunday. We took the metro out to the Mall that evening and saw the Washington monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the reflecting pool, and we walked past the White House. The next morning, we moved Stacey into her apartment, got her set up & settled in, then we went to Chinatown for lunch and went over to the capitol to take pictures. It felt like spring: it was in the mid-60s & flowers were still blooming in sidewalk garden pots!

I will be posting more photos later (our computer at home came down with a couple of viruses that Steve is trying to eradicate!)
