Steve & his friend Ron were in a golf tournament at White Deer over the weekend. They had a great time & got lots of nice gifts (lots of food, a jacket & a shirt) plus a $100 gift certificate for the pro shop because they got 2nd place in their flight. Yesterday was their best day - they shot a 77 for a two day total of 157. Yay, Steve & Ron! (oh...yeah...and they also got a "skins" and got some cash to split...)
We had a nice family dinner under the gazebo on Saturday night with Rachael and Caleb & Nicole...yummy grilled Hawaiian/mango-marinated chicken breast and grilled asparagus with the regular picnic fare: potato salad, tossed salad & devilled eggs.

Today, I got the cutest picture from one of the retirees - it's a photo of her dog, Abbey, all dressed up for Memorial Day! It made me smile....
