last days

Just a couple of days before mom had the stroke, Davy and Carissa stopped in on their way home from Philadelphia (where they were visiting his other grandma). They went in to visit mom that Wednesday morning. The nurses told me later that they had to stop to see who was in the room that morning because it sounded like they were having such a wonderful visit. Carissa took this photo, which is the last one we now have of her.
