Ringing in the new...
It was a very quiet evening in the Blank house on the eve of the new year. Steve was sick (he actually stayed home from work on the 31st!) so there was no sauerkraut simmering in the crockpot and no champagne popping at midnight. Instead, saltines and Gatorade were on the menu...

Aw, it seems the stomach bugs are really going around this year. How terrible! I hope you get to drink the bubbly once he's better! I was so happy to have pork and sauerkraut at gramma's! I told KJ and Karen that I totally want KJ to make authentic indian food sometime for me. We should all do dinner!
