I don't know who the Negative Nancy is who hides behind the handle 'anonymous' but obviously this person is too afraid to take ownership of his or her comments. This is my blog and I am just saying how I feel. My knowledge of Ratdog is limited, however "Bobby" does perform a lot of Dead songs and, yes, he does do his own stuff...and it's all good! As to whether he is better now than when he was with the Dead is open to opinion...
Relaying Steve's feelings: He enjoyed Weir then and he enjoys Weir now. In fact, he enjoyed Ratdog more than the last Dead concert he saw. (Jerry had passed on by then...)
Anyway....I digress...I said Ratdog played all the Dead classics, not only Dead classics. Don't read between the lines...
