random facts

Sam, my friend in CT, posted a challenge on her blog to "Choose seven random facts about yourself and post them on your blog." After writing blogs for the past year and a half, I feel like I have revealed everything about me...but here goes:
1) I need a "People" magazine 'fix' at least once a month.
2) I think it's fun when my grown-up kids call me 'mommy'!
3) I drove cross-country from CT to Colorado and back (by myself) in 2001.
4) My ultimate comfort food combo is creamed chipped beef on mashed potatoes with sweet, fresh brewed iced tea.
5) In my family, I am the only girl in my generation - all of my cousins are boys and I have one brother.
6) I know how to milk a cow.
7) I also know how to shoot a pistol.
