As many of you know, I have a deadline in 27 days. At work, I am setting up a health fair for 500 or so county employees (with 40+ vendors and a blood drive, too!), which will happen in 15 days. I also have 3 book signings, scheduled during the next 24 days. Jacquie and Dan will be stopping in on the 5th...and I have to attend an assortment of historical society events and celebrations. It will be a bit hectic (to say the least!) for the next few weeks. This morning, I jammed about 7 or 8 empty pizza boxes in the back of my car to drop off at the recycling bins...this was a very visual reminder of the thing that has been not been a top priority lately.....COOKING!
(Luckily, everyone likes pizza!)
